Zoom Integration

Connect Zoom to automatically generate unique meeting links for virtual appointments.

Setting up Zoom

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Integrations
  2. Find Zoom and click Connect
  3. Sign in with your Zoom account and authorize the integration

How it works

Once connected, every virtual appointment automatically receives a unique Zoom meeting link. The link is:

  • Included in the confirmation email to the client
  • Added to the Google Calendar event (if calendar sync is active)
  • Displayed on the appointment detail page in your admin

Configuration options

  • Default meeting settings — Set waiting room on/off, recording preference, and meeting password
  • Meeting duration — Automatically matches the appointment type duration
  • Host video — Choose whether your camera starts on or off by default
Enable the waiting room for first-time client meetings. It gives you a moment to prepare before admitting the client to the call.

Fallback for in-person meetings

The Zoom link is only generated for appointment types marked as "Virtual" or "Virtual/In-Person." Purely in-person appointment types do not generate Zoom links.

Troubleshooting

  • No Zoom link generated — Ensure the appointment type is set to Virtual
  • Authorization expired — Re-connect Zoom from Settings > Integrations
  • Client cannot join — Share the meeting link manually from the appointment detail page
